South East Asia Yachting's First Look :
The Hanse 575 - What a Boat!!

The new Hanse 575 continues Hanse's reputation for producing fast cruising yachts, that are easy to sail shorthanded and feature a high level of individual customisation with innovative design.
For The Hanse 575.....that's only the start of it. She is a really big boat with far more volume than normally associated with boats of her length and posses sparkling sailing characteristics. We are informed that in her initial sea trials she met, occasionally exceeded, expected performance figures and proved to be quite stiff.
As one expects from Hanse, the Hanse 575 has a self-tacking headsail and the lines run under deck to the winches adjacent to the helm positions; ensuring a spacious uncluttered deck.
Each helm position features a helmchair and an individual plotter/instrument display with a choice of B&G or Simrad components.
The rear cockpit section opens to steps into the garage which has an optional dinghy launching system sufficient to handle a small turbo tender.
Performance combined with the Hanse's deck layout and short-handed sailing features result in an excellent cruising yacht. Below decks, the Hanse 575 is extremely spacious and comfortable with a wide ranges of choices with optional twin bunk cabin, twin or single forward cabins and a dedicated crew cabin; an incredible opportunity for personal customization.
The number of bathrooms depend on the cabin layout chosen. Unless the twin cabin option is chosen, each cabin has its own bathroom. The port side galley, with unique navigation area to starboard, allow ample room for the comprehensive range of appliance and internal options offered on the boat.
The saloon to starboard is large and designed in a way that allows access through the saloon without disruption. It includes the option of a stowaway TV.
The navigation station is set aft in the saloon and is segregated to provide a large work/stowage area and it has a really comfortable chair.
The Hanse 575 represents excellent value when compared to similar yachts on the market.
