In 1996, Tommy Hilfiger released an eminent "International Games" capsule collection to celebrate that year's Summer Olympics being held in Atlanta, Georgia. 28 years later, the prolific designer is now reinvigorating those archival pieces under his Tommy Jeans banner, with a 41-piece collection of men's, women's and gender-inclusive track styles.

“The sporting calendar sets the cultural pulse for the year – and 2024’s shaping up to be amazing," said Hilfiger. “We’re building on our legacy of working with pioneers in sport and reimagining timeless American icons through an archival lens.”

To kick off the collection, Hilfiger has assembled his own "Team Tommy," consisting of All-Pro NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs, prominent college basketball guard Deja Kelly, all-Japan skateboarding association star Aori Nishimura and Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 team driver Mick Schumacher. The eclectic group flaunts the designer's latest sport-inspired cuts in an American collegiate campaign, shot by Juanita Richards.

The line tells a vivid color story, setting Hilfiger's classic red, white and blue tones alongside yellow, green and black hues "from the union of continents in the sporting world," per the brand. Among the standouts, the collection includes color-blocked warm-up jackets and singlets, as well as striped rugby shirts, sailing windbreakers, basketball-inspired "TOMMY 85" mesh tops and archive-referencing varsity jackets in tactile cord.

The Tommy Jeans "International Games" collection will launch on Thursday, April 4, on the brand's webstore and in its retail outposts. Take a look at the range in the gallery above.
